WELCOME TO GC MUAY THAI

Where we cater to all backgrounds and skill levels, each session is designed to ensure every participant can learn and grow at their own pace. Our dedicated instructor, Coach Braydon, guides you through your Muay Thai journey, whether you're a beginner, intermediate, or advanced student.

Our classes offer something for everyone, addressing unique goals and strengths in a collaborative learning environment. Muay Thai, known as the "Art of Eight Limbs," combines striking techniques using fists, elbows, knees, and shins with clinching and sweeping. Beyond self-defence, Muay Thai improves cardiovascular fitness, strength, flexibility, stress relief, and self-confidence.

CLASSES WE OFFER

  • Kids Muay Thai (Ages 4-10)

    Our Kids Muay Thai program introduces children to the art of eight limbs in a fun, safe, and structured environment. Classes focus on developing discipline, confidence, and fitness through basic striking techniques, clinching, and sweeps, all taught with an emphasis on respect and teamwork.

  • Teens Muay Thai (AGES 10-14)

    Our Teens Muay Thai program is energetic and engaging, with students holding their own pads and training together through striking, clinching, and sweeps. Classes build fitness, discipline, and confidence in a fun and respectful environment. Teens are challenged to push themselves while enjoying the rewards of training with their teammates.

  • Adults Muay Thai

    Our Adults Muay Thai class is suitable for all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. Students will learn proper striking techniques, clinching, and sweeps, as well as footwork and combinations. Classes are designed to improve strength, endurance, and self-defence skills in a supportive and motivating atmosphere.

  • Sparring

    Our Sparring Classes provide students with the opportunity to put their skills into practice in a controlled and safe environment. Open to intermediate and advanced students, these sessions focus on timing, strategy, and applying Muay Thai techniques, including sweeps and clinching, in live scenarios. Sparring is an excellent way to prepare for competition or sharpen your skills.
