CLASSES WE OFFER

  • Kids MMA

    Our Kids MMA program introduces children to the fundamentals of Mixed Martial Arts in a safe and supportive environment. With a focus on building confidence, discipline, and fitness, this class teaches basic striking, grappling, and self-defence techniques tailored to young learners.

  • ADULTS MMA

    Our Adults’ MMA program combines striking and grappling to build a well-rounded skill set. Tuesday classes focus on striking, while Thursdays are dedicated to grappling and ground control, helping students develop seamless transitions between stand-up and ground techniques. Each session builds strategy, adaptability, and confidence for both training and competition.

  • SPARRING

    Our MMA Sparring classes give students the chance to apply their skills in a controlled and safe environment. Open to intermediate and advanced students, these sessions focus on timing, strategy, and blending striking with takedowns and grappling in live scenarios. Sparring is a key part of preparing for competition or sharpening your all-round MMA game.
