All classes run in our main mat space downstairs, with our upstairs area dedicated to advanced sessions and extra training. This space includes our cage panels, Muay Thai ring, and six bag stations, giving you everything you need to develop your skills.
We also partner with Anytime Fitness next door and Rigs Recovery two doors down, with exclusive member rates for strength and recovery.
